Earlier today I saw a tweet from someone who noted the passing of Dennis Hof, owner of the famous Bunny Ranch. I didn't want to believe it but I also knew the person posting wasn't posting nonsense either. Once you've been around twitter and following people for quite some time, you rely on these people to be resourceful.
After doing a google search, it was confirmed he did pass away. I did some research online before penning this article, and so far, I haven't seen any news on the cause of death, other than BBC reported Ron Jeremy found him, after he tried waking him up for a meeting.
While I did not know Dennis Hof personally, I had the pleasure of interviewing him in 2015 at Exxotica in Edison, New Jersey. I was shy approaching him and he was so welcoming to have me interview him and didn't hold back when talking about Lamar Odom which was a priceless treasure for me to be able to have that on camera.
Clearly Dennis Hof didn't hold back on his thoughts and what he felt. He wasn't ashamed of who he was and what he did and will be missed.
Dennis just celebrated in 72nd birthday on Sunday.
Rest in peace Dennis.
